NonkiCon, the Japan/Japanese convention in Speyer (relatively small city in Rhineland-Palatinate, about 50 thousand people live there). I checked (their website is nonki-con.de BTW, if you didn't notice) and as their convention was planned for July 2020, they have to completely postpone it to July 2021 (3rd-4th of July to be precise).
