That's an interesting ad – first, the telecom prices in Romania are showed in € instead of leu (not just in Bucharest, I've seen that also in e.g. Predeal). Additionally, the number of minutes to the national numbers also counts for Spain, Italy, Germany, UK and Moldova. The last one is understandable from the historical and family reasons, the former are probably because of the emigration. I wonder if the other EU/EEA contries count as internationale, probably yeah, because Roam as at Home doesn't count here (there are some other caps for intra-EU calls though and e.g. my operator doesn't care much.
