It's one of two district centers on this side of Benrath. The main tenant is the Paulsmühler Jecken carnival club. It was purchased by the city in 2022 and it was sold by the Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben. The Paulsmühler revelers have been using the bunker since 1975.
