One way street, with the exception of bikes and mopeds. Such signs are actually quite popular in the whole of Europe and that means in my city as well, but in the NL (and indeed in Gdańsk as well) they are often in the majority of one-way streets and coupled with the 30km/h zones that cover the vast majority of the city.
