This building is called MetaForum. It is actually a pretty recent one, built in 2012 (it houses Mathematics and Computer Science department). According to the university website it is meant to be the center of the modern campus. The department is in the part of the building in the background, but this greenhouse in front is actually the location of the university library, Students Service Center, International Office, Notebook Service Center, a students shop and a grand café.
