Ok, but I, II and IV, but where is III? There it is – De Inkpot (The Inkwell). It is the largest brick building in the Nethelands (and think how big an achievement this is) and it was built between 118 and 1921. Originally, the building was called indeed HGB III, but now it is mostly known by its nickname. HBG III was built with 22 million masonry stones. For the sake of its completion, two brick factories, a timber company (and a forest in Limburg!) and three ships were purchased. The building was renovated between 1999 and 2002 on behalf of the then owner, NS Vastgoed. In 2016, ProRail purchased the building, together with HGB II.
