South Africa House, the headquarted of the High Commission of South Africa, which is a fancy name for a SA embassy (as it used to be British colony). It houses bothe the offices of the High Commissioner and the consulate (the place where citizens and immigrants can get the services provided by the embassy). BTW, the building used to be an embassy between 1961 (when SA became a republic) and 1994 (first fully democratic elections), because Apartheid made them problematic in the Commonwealth, which they had to withdraw from.
