37th Chaos Communication Congress | 27-30 December 2023

It's been a month since the start of the Congress (27 January 2024), so it's probably a high time to publish this.

Chaos Communication Congress is an annual (almost, for three years, 2020-2022, it's been cancelled for the obvious reason) organized by the Chaos Computer Club, which features a variety of lectures and workshops on technical and political issues related to security, cryptography, privacy and online freedom of speech, at least that's what Wikipedia says. It's been also the first one since 2017 that was taking place in Hamburg, in Congress Center Hamburg, which was reopened after renovation and extension construction in 2022. I've never been there before the extension, but based on the photos – at least the large foyer was missing, as well as some other spaces in the front of the building.

Anyway, it's been probably one of the best events I've ever been to.
