Norifest 2024 | 10-12 May 2024

A new initiative organized by the Movie Club by the University of Gdańsk (DKF UG Miłość Blondynki), the University's cultural centre (Akademiczne Centrum Kultury UG ALTERNATOR) and, what's most important, a group of students on Asian Studies (including Japanese Studies). It was organized similarily to the other festivals run by the Faculty of Languages at University of Gdańsk (like e.g. the Jewish festival Shalom Polin, which I really enjoy). As far as I know, the organizers were provided a really short timeframe for their initiative and they were able to provide a pretty nice experience for the people interested in, broadly speaking, the Asian culture. I think it has a lot of potential.
