PKP Intercity and SKM Trójmiasto 20-year anniversary

An event for the 20-year anniversary of the establishment of PKP Intercity and SKM Trójmiasto, which is also the 20th anniversary of the Railway Reform in of the PKP (Polskie Koleje Państwowe) company. It was quite similar in the result to the Bahnreform on the Deutsche Bundesbahn+Deutsche Reichsbahn network, although some differences are noticeable.

The event was organized by Turystyka Kolejowa TurKol.pl company and allowed us to take a glimpse into the northern plant of PKP Intercity and the headquarters of SKM Trójmiasto, including the train wash (and a nice dinner organized by Wars S.A. – the company that runs the restaurant cars on PKP Intercity trains). Two train has been used: EN71-052 (called Jamnik – Dachshund) and a train behing the EP05-25 loco (called Czesio – a diminutive of the Polish name Czesław).
