TCDD, Marmaray, M1ʙ, M11, M34 – Halkalı

The station where all of the international trains to Europe start (and finish), as for 19 March 2023 at least. The old Sirkeci (Orient Express) station is planned to be revived this year, with all of the European services starting there (and going through Halkalı anyway).

Currently, the TCDD Taşımacılık services from the station are:

• Istanbul–Sofia Express
• Bosphorus Express (to Bucharest via central Bulgaria)
• Istanbul–Kapıkule (a regional train to the border in Kapıkule)
• Istanbul–Uzunköprü (a regional train to the border in Uzunköprü)
• Yüksek Hızlı Tren (high speed rail to Ankara, Karaman and other parts of Türkiye)
• Ankara Express (overnight intercity train to Ankara)
