Part 4 – Halle (Salle)

It's a city in the metropolitan region of Leipzig, but in a different state (Sachsen-Anhalt) and quite close – with S5 (yes, an express S-Bahn line, S-Bahn Mitteldeutschland is just a better regional service mostly tbh) it's just 25 minutes from the Leipzig Markt station. So yeah, why not.
