Speaking of Victoria line, this was an interesting post-war project in London transport. The first proposal for a railway in this area appeared in the County of London Plan, published in 1943 (you can learn more about this plan in Jago Hazzard videos). The plan for this one was to relieve congestion in the central area by providing the connection between many railway stations as a bypass of existing deep-level lines. And indeed, only Pimlico station is not an interchange (1/16), Blackhorse Road is the least used station on the line (this station was also initially not an interchange, but later a BR station was moved closer to the station, now it is a part of London Overground), with 9 MILLION passengers. 11/16 stations on the line are interchanges with National Rail stations.
