Part 3 – Poprad(-Tatry)

This location is actually located in the Prešovský kraj, but it's an interesting place all by itself. Poprad is the largest town of the Spiš region, the 10th largest in Slovakia, located at the foot of the High Tatra Mountains. Poprad is also the starting point of the Tatra Electric Railway (known in Slovak as Tatranská elektrická železnica), a set of special narrow-gauge trains (trams) connecting the resorts in the High Tatras with each other and with Poprad, which is what we are mostly interested in.
