A Rusty Golden Train 2021 | 16-17 January 2021

A short and rather spontaneous trip to the Lower Silesia region. Normally at this time of year, I would take a trip to the Euro-Neisse region (which is partially in the Lower Silesia), but due to the COVID-19 restriction I wasn't able to do this. My friend suggested that it might be a good idea to have a weekend in Lower Silesia only and that it was indeed a good idea. The name of the trip comes from the fact, that we mostly visited places in the LGOM (pl. Legnicko-Głogowski Okręg Miedziowy, en. The Copper Region of Legnica and Głogów) where copper is mined and copper has a rusty color (in my opinion) and Wałbrzych region, where there is a rumor about a train hidden somewhere in the mountains, the train that contains a lot of Nazi gold.
